Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Credit & Collections Clerk to be a part of our team in the manufacturing industry based in Pooler, Georgia. As an AR Clerk, your main role is to ensure the smooth running of accounts receivable processes, maintain precise records, and provide solutions to customer account discrepancies. You will also be actively involved in managing vendor relationships and performing bank reconciliations. Responsibilities • Accurately and efficiently handle a high volume of accounts receivable tasks • Act as the point of contact with external financing sources • Oversee the approval process for parts and machines for shipping, reviewing accounts as necessary • Conduct account and bank reconciliations regularly • Ensure the accurate printing and mailing of Parts Invoices/Manufacturer Certificates of Origin • Undertake daily cash postings and deposits when required • Stay on top of filing tasks, including the scanning and filing of invoices/credits • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts • Manage vendor relationships effectively and professionally • Handle B2B collections and payment collections diligently Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management • Experience with Cash Posting and handling Journal Entries • Demonstrated ability in Account Reconciliation • Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software • Experience in managing Daily Deposit tasks • Proven track record in performing Bank Reconciliations • Experience in Vendor Management within a construction/contractor setting • B2B collections experience is a significant plus • Demonstrated ability in Collecting Payments in a timely and efficient manner Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
