Credit & Collections Specialist
**Seeking a detail-oriented Credit & Collections Specialist with at least 2 years of experience.** Responsibilities include customer service, resolving billing issues, reducing bad debt, and credit analysis. HS Diploma/GED required, some college preferred. **Top reasons to work with Adecco.** · Payday every Friday · Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy · An opportunity to get hired on permanent with our client. · Assigned your very own onboarding specialist. **Job Details** · Location: TULSA, OK · Pay: $ 22.07 · Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri - 8-5, 8:30-5:30 and/or 9-6 **Requirements** · +2 years of experience as Credit & Collections Specialist. · Resolving billing issues, reducing bad debt, and credit analysis. · Customer service · Excel/Word proficiency required **Job description** **Customer Service** · Assist sales force with credit and collections inquires · Resolve both customer and sales disputes concerning billing and shipping errors by researching accounts, preparing and submitting documentation to initiate account adjustments to correct billing errors, or referring proper information on items requiring research to CCH Specialist · Reduce Exposure · Reduce delinquency and bad debt loss by updating accounts based on DNBI alerts · Secure receivables which pose a significant credit risk and/or receivable exposure by ensuring compliance with state lien and bond laws · Analyze requests for credit extension on new and existing accounts · Establish credit lines, order limits, and risk classes **Teamwork** · Assist sales force with credit and collections inquires · Function as a productive team member by supporting Hilti's Vision, Values, and Principles while performing in a team based environment · Commit the required time necessary to complete the tasks at hand · Assist management team with guiding sales force regarding credit policies. · Participate in projects as needed. · Additional duties as assigned **Skills:** · Assist sales force with credit and collections inquires · Ability to handle large volume of calls and multiple · Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required · Ability to analyze data and make decision · Customer Service oriented/good attention to detail · Must be able to work in a team environment and effectively lead others · Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills · Bilingual (French/Spanish) preferred · As a reminder, this role is being recruited by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
