Responsibilities:

Conduct performance analysis for internal and customer-based metrics and generate regular reports.Analyze large data sets to derive insights that contribute to business strategies.Provide suggestions to improve data collection, processing, and analysis processes.Regularly present data analyses and performance reports to the management team.Share information from reports and analyses to optimize business processes.Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze necessary data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in analysis and reporting.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, preferably skilled in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Strong knowledge of data analytics, statistical analysis, and modeling.Excellent analytical thinking skills, result-oriented, and attention to detail.Strong communication and presentation skills.
