Role description:
For this role you will be working together as one team with Credit & Account receivable functions in the region and ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, Health & Safety.
Role accountabilities:
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Close liason with the Regional Credit Control Manager and Credit Control team to bring collection issues to
resolution;
• Performs client review through sales cloud and produce D&B credit checks and produce this on adhoc basis
• Monitor Accounts Receivable Inbox and distribute tasks;
• Update daily status on portal related clients, monthly key Client Smartsheet Formula references, and using excel formulas monthly Working Capital file
• Creation of weekly AR Master File and separated Credit Control Ledgers and new Cash Focus Working File;
• Reporting of Daily Next Day Funds;
• Resilience of Weekly Overdue Debt Analysis <£100k but not less than <£50k
• Reporting of Bi-weekly Aged Debt Analysis Report for Key Client;
• Month End Duplicate Transaction Lines AR Report
• Monthly and Quarterly D&B Database Report
• Performs such other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time;
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any related field in Finance
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience focusing on end to end process of Accounts Receivable ;
• Knowledgeable in Credit Management and score tools such as Dun & Bradsheet preferred;
• Exposure in Shared service or Multinational environment is an advantage;
• Experience with ERP Systems is preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player
• Good written and verbal communication skills
