We are very excited to welcome a new Credit Control and Collections Analyst EAME to our team!

The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

What You will do:

Perform all collections activities including correspondence with customers, execution of effective collection procedures to improve cash flow and reduce past due.

Perform Risk Assessment for new customers and existing customers as per request.

Review and manage order hold on daily basis and communicate effectively to keep appropriate organizations up to date of customer issues and situations affecting the continued release of orders.

Ensure the compliance of credit process with applicable policies and procedures.

Who You are:

University degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professional equivalent.

SAP knowledge is preferred.

Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and email programs.

Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English.

French or Spanish knowledge is advantageous.

Good command of other language(s) is considered a plus.

Adaptability to changes, proactive personality and to do mentality.
