To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Credit Control Assistant located in Westmorland Business Park, England.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Credit Control Assistant role will be part of an excellent team, whose members are strong communicators, ambitious & innovative.
What a typical day looks like:
You will manage customer relationshipsYou will reconcile customer accounts/contractsInvestigating late payment issues Keeping internal stakeholders up to date with case progressionYou will work closely with other departments across the Anord Mardix & Flex GroupAny other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit ControllerThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Experience in credit control or a similar role for 2 yearsKnowledge of credit management principles and practicesExcellent communication skills – you’re confident dealing with clientsAttention to detailWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
