Job Description

  

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Credit Control Specialist with up to 2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables and maintaining positive relationship with clients

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email and written communicationMaintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactionInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of outstanding issuesPrepare regular reports on account status and collection effortsEscalate problematic accounts as necessary with company policy

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fieldUp to 2 years of experience in credit control, collections or a similar finance roleStrong Communication and negotiation skillsHigh Level of accuracy and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Salesforce is a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
