Credit Control Specialist 

London, UK (Hybrid)

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:30 pm

 

Responsibilities include:

Partnering with Clients and Internal Teams to Collect Payment of Outstanding Invoices, domestic and international. Reviewing and resolving incoming customer enquiries and queries to plan solutions Use of problem solving skills to resolve customer issues, or work with internal partners to instigate an action plan. Having a solution oriented approach to the Collection outreach process Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients Generate a specified number of outbound verbal and written contacts  to customers. Keeping detailed records of the collections progress and actions, for efficient client follow-up Flexibility to transition from manual collection processes into an automated Collections  Package The ability to create and work through customer account Debit and Credits for the creation and reconciliation of statements and client accounts.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

2 Years Credit Control/Collections experience required Strong Understanding and experience of the Order to Collection process Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Attention to detail is a must Experience in providing excellent customer service   Microsoft Office skills, essential  Excel, Word and Outlook Experience of SAP or Oracle preferred  Excellent problem solving skills Ability to think outside the box Positive attitude Tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and co-workers  Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with customers and employees of all levels within the organization. Chartered Institute of Credit Management (C.I.C.M.) registered or studying preferred  The ability to work to Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Collection Targets Self-motivator while actively participating in a team environment.
