Role description:

Manage effective cash collection from clients in specified BU's. This role will be based in Cork Ireland.

The Credit Control Specialist  will reports to Head of Credit Control AUK.

Role accountabilities:

Drive effective cash collection Manage relationship with key clients Build trusted relationships with internal contacts in order to liaise over payment issues Initiate credits as necessary for further approval Assess and evaluate collection performance in order to identify opportunities for improvement Provide specialist advice to internal clients
 

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience as a supervisor in medium/large business Proven record in delivering cash targets Excel / ERP to a medium proficiency Consistent high standards and methodical Highly motivated Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confidence to interact effectively with clients/internally Effective time management skills ICM part-qualification desirable
