You will be working for a rapidly growing, highly respected professional services business based in Manchester City Centre. Working for modern, inviting offices with public transport links and affordable parking nearby. The business is constantly looking at ways to improve their staff experience and processes as a whole.

This is a full time role working on a 12 month fixed term contract with flexibility on start and finish times along with a hybrid working policy allowing you to work two days per week from home. Your key responsibility is to manage your ledger effectively and keep it as clean as possible. The business approach their collections in a manner that prioritising customer relationships. Other duties include; stakeholder management, build both internal & external relationships, query management and hold regular debt meetings.

To be considered you must have a strong background within Credit Control and be able to adapt to a relationship focuses collection process.
