\nWHAT YOU WILL DO
\nAs a vital member of the Accounts Receivable team, you’ll collaborate across departments and take ownership of key tasks, including:
\n\nProcessing daily EFT and cash receipts, ensuring accurate allocations.\nManaging weekly and monthly invoicing runs.\nAssisting with monthly Direct Debit preparations and processing.\nFollowing up on NZ ERUC Direct Debit dishonours.\nHandling customer emails and queries (internal and external).\nManaging monthly customer spreadsheet requirements.\nLead proactive collections efforts and resolve overdue accounts by building strong customer relationships over the phone.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
\nWe’re looking for someone with:
\n\n2–3 years of accounts receivable experience, ideally with a focus on collections.\nPrior experience using SAP (preferred).\nIntermediate Excel skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels.\nStrong customer service skills, with a professional yet empathetic approach to collections.\nA methodical, problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.\nA team-oriented attitude, contributing to a supportive and successful department.\nThe willingness to take ownership, show initiative, and deliver positive outcomes for stakeholders.\n\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
