We are looking for a Credit Controller to join Team in Vilnius.
Complete credit management and collection activities to meet KPIs Communicate with internal and external partners to gather information for credit risk assessments and credit limit setting Email external customers to facilitate payment of overdue accounts Collaborate with internal departments to collect overdue receivables Manage dunning processes and report status to local market areas Support overdue and collections activities Resolve disputes with business partners by coordinating with sales contacts Participate in process improvement initiatives
Basic Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Credit and Collection Experience with SAP FICO (AR) is a plus Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other technical tools Fluency in English Excellent communication skills Strong stakeholder management abilities Solution-oriented and problem-solving skills Customer service mindset
