Wear Referrals is a multi-disciplinary, specialist veterinary referral hospital in the North East of England, close to the historic university city of Durham, the thriving city of Newcastle and set between the north east coast and the Pennines.
We have services in neurology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, anaesthesia, oncology, diagnostic imaging and cardiology, as well as a busy out-of- hours emergency service and in-house physiotherapy and hydrotherapy teams.
With success based on an outstanding reputation and a commitment to excellence, Wear Referrals are looking to recruit an experienced full time Credit Controller to proactively manage our credit control and debt management function.
This is a genuine opportunity for candidates with extensive account management experience to join a successful and growing business dedicated to providing a great work environment and work life balance. This role is based in our Hospital reporting directly to our Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience and proven success in a similar high-pressure debt management role, managing payment plans and progressing accounts to County Court, be organised, numerate, detail orientated, proficient in Excel, strong debt collecting skills with proven experience and committed to excellent customer service. This is a full-time permanent role of 40h per week.
