Responsibilities
Reviewing credit insurance policy conditions, endorsements and other related legal documents Contacting with law firms regarding to insurance policy, debt collection and other related legal issues Providing consulting services internally and externally for policy conditions and claim processes to ensure the service delivered is above the agreed standard Entering and processing of claims received from clients in timely manners Review and analyze content of claims within authority for validity and coverage analysis to determine/ assess liability to the company Contacting client regarding supporting documentation and/ or claim status to ensure delivery of a focused claim service Allocate recoveries or salvages when any between policyholder and the company Acquire and efficiently organize the relevant evidence and information to accurately assess the value of the claim and to recognize potential fraud/recovery indicators Handle objections to claims through negotiations with policyholders ensuring settlement at an optimum level Resolve claims issues which may have a major impact on claims settlements and the retention of business Reporting claims/ reserves data periodically for management review Tasks related to claims from the teamRequirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent is preferred with relevant Insurance qualifications Majored in law, and a PRC judicial certificate is a plus 2 - 5 years insurance claim experience, with minimum 1 years working experience in legal related position especially having experiences in claim assessment, recovery, litigation or debt collection Knowledge of credit insurance policy is a prefer Very good communication and negotiation skills both in Mandarin and English Be able to articulate how to prioritize and work to deadlines Desire to learn and be flexible to travelAllianz Trade is the global leader in trade credit insurance and a recognized specialist in surety, debt collection, fraud insurance, structured trade credit, and political risk.
