About the Role
The Credit Life Account specialist is primarily responsible in handling all the required coordination to onboard and service Credit life accounts of BPI AIA. He/she also provides operational support to Segments and Channel to ensure smooth and timely transactions connected to generating ANP and premium collections.Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs any or all of the following in various degrees according to the position’s job level:
Implement policies and procedures to support effective and timely delivery of CL businesses.
Recommend improvements to the existing processes critical to CL business growth.
Handling inquiries/concerns/complaints received from Bank Partners and clients via email, SMS, call, face to face
Support various workstreams on projects and Segment initiatives for CLI.
Creation of reports for all CL accounts
Perform data reconciliation and analytics for all CL accounts
Handle renewal of all CL accounts including but not limited to, preparation of renewal letters & proposals and coordination with clients and process owners to ensure smooth and timely renewal of accounts.
Handles claims monitoring and coordinates with clients concerning their pending requirements.
Coordinates with Operations for concerns such as, but not limited to, OR requests, services fees, adjustments in quotation, refund requests, POC requests, rush requests, etc.
Build rapport and maintains relationship with bank partner and existing clients
Minimum Job Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 year college course preferably in Business Administration
Work experience from an insurance/financial company an advantage
Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Proficient with computer applications including but not limited to MS Office
