Role Overview:

To evaluate portfolio risks, make credit decisions as per mandate and interacts with other departments regarding credit management strategies.

Are you someone who can:

Identify, control and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs.Prioritise resource allocation to minimise and reduce wastage.Collaborate closely with relevant business units and business product houses as per strategy to identify revenue opportunities.Drive opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction such as adoption of digital and other self-service options across client base.Resolve customer dissatisfaction/complaints by taking ownership of the problem.Analyse customer feedback to help improve customer service.Ensure that delivery is accurate, timeous and of an acceptable standard.Ensure that product or service knowledge and advice is technically accurate.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Degree in Credit, Accounting or any other Finance-related field5 - 7 years in a similar environment, with credit specialization being an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
