O2C Global Delivery Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity as a Credit Manager to drive complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting activities for the assigned area for Credit assessment, Credit writing, credit related activities within the team. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing, reviewing, and supporting the month-end close process including account reconciliation, analysis of of credit , balance sheet review, etc.The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite,#LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance in Bangalore-Opus.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tResponsible for leading BGL O2C and Credit Management Operations (30+ HC) delivering target KPIs and driving process excellence, as well as supporting of any deficiencies assessment and their root cause analysis, developing remediation plan and sustainable elimination of causes of deficiency.•\tResponsible to ensure compliance, measure and reporting of key metrics to O2C Global Delivery Manager and Head Global Credit Risk management.•\tAnalyzing the creditworthiness of both new (credit assessments) and existing (credit reassessments) customers from quantitative and qualitative point of view and making detailed recommendations on their credit rating and credit limits•\tSupport Head GCRM while working together with other O2C teams, on solutions to optimize the preparation of key performance indicators and relevant data to achieve and measure optimal macro management of credit risks.•\tCollaborate Manages and supports credit team, wherever applicable. Aligns with designated CoE/COE teams on regular basis for credit reviews, quality and compliance•\tStrong understanding of Order-to-Cash end-to-end process, including the identification of the customer, credit risk evaluation, credit terms and conditions, customer billing, cash application, collections and dispute management•\tMonitor active customer credit exposures against the credit limits considering, but not limited to, internal ratings, customer payment behavior and credit risk mitigation (if any)

Qualifications for the role

\tYou are immersed Credit management, credit analysis, credit research and you enjoy working with SAP \tAbility to demonstrate as 10 years’ relevant experience in Order-to-Cash end-to-end process, including the identification of the customer, credit risk evaluation, credit terms and conditions, customer billing, cash application, collections and dispute managementcredit analysis or credit control, or similar role in a global organization with total 10-15+ yrs experience experience as Credit Manageror similar role in a global organization\tYou are passionate on strong analytical and problem-solving skills,, reporting skills analyzing financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, credit statement and credit bureau reports\tDegree in Mcom/MBA-finance/Bcom with proper documentation and percentage\tYou are at ease communicating both written and verbal forms of communication.
