Our customers interact with us via email, inbound and outbound and your core focus would be to resolve any payment issues by listening, understanding, and acknowledging a better way forward.

Whilst experience in a credit will be an advantage, the right attitude is the most important quality. We are keen to hear from you whatever stage you are at in your credit career.

What would your day to day look like?
What do we expect of you?
Typical responsibilities you can expect are;
Daily contact with customers via telephone, SMS, E-mail.Convert a problem to a solution (whether that is a change to payment terms, type of repayment method)Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact within our internal systems.Actively engage across boundaries (you will have colleagues based in UK and Europe!) to build relationships, share knowledge and make a global family of friends.What would we like from you?
Communication – confidence, open, warm and friendly dialogue, build a great relationship with customers and colleagues over the phone.
