The Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity exists to join our talented and high performing Credit & Accounts Receivable team in our Brisbane Office. Take responsibility for a large mining-based customer ledger (predominantly), where you will be tasked with all collections, allocations, and reconciliation of accounts for that ledger. Following up on claims and general enquiries will also form part of the role responsibilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a service-oriented person, who prides themselves on their ability to develop strong, positive, successful business relationships with customers and stakeholders, and who enjoys considering themselves as a Business Partner to their customer base.

Manage your customer ledgerPrompt collection of paymentsReporting tasks, including end of monthGeneral administration dutiesAccount reconciliationsHandle enquiries and disputesMinimise and manage bad debtDevelop strong stakeholder relationshipsRequired skills and experience to be successful:
