The Role
As a Credit Controller your focus is to interact with our valued customers and manage their credit accounts. Liaising regularly with both customer and Branch Managers, exceptional communication skills and customer service is a must to ensure prompt attention to account queries, payment processing, account reconciliation's and maintaining file records.
Credit control and maintenance of allocated branch ledgersPrompt follow up of overdue debts by phone and letter to customers and contact with branch managersEffectively communicate with customers and branch staff and promptly attend to and resolve queriesAdvise Branch Managers of disputed debts, credits required, claims etc.Maintain accurate records and filing systemAssist with other administration functions shared by the team.Skills & Experience
Experience, attitude and team fit are key for this role. Our credit office are outgoing and down to earth people and it is key that we bring someone on board who can work well as part of our small team.
Previous credit control or account receivable experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAn open and friendly personality, able to communicate well with customers and their teamComputer literate (proficient in Excel & Word)Strong analytical skills and high attention to detailSkilled in account reconciliationMust be a team playerWe can offer you:
