Provide input to the regional credit & risk strategy, market positioning, customer acquisition and future roadmap. **What you will do** + Ownership of the regional Credit Risk Management function + Manage and develop a team to ensure business goals are met and exceeded + Be part of the business team to support initiatives that drive revenue growth + Be able to make autonomous decisions based on approval authority derived on experience + Take charge of running the Credit & Risk Governance forums to demonstrate the key performance of risk management to the regional leadership team + Ensure Credit Policy remains current and appropriate to meet the risk appetite of the business + Investigate new markets and implement balanced policies that will allow the region to leverage revenue opportunities + Identify operational improvements and streamlining opportunities whilst maintaining high level of consistency with Fiserv standards. + Promote a culture of excellence and strive for continual improvement of working practices/procedures, where possible + Produce timely, accurate and meaningful Management Information **What you will need to have** + **Risk Management Experience:** Previous experience or equivalent in a risk management environment, demonstrating the ability to shape Credit Risk Management strategies. + **Analytical and Financial Skills:** Excellent analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with the ability to read and analyze financial statements and assess complex businesses. + **Leadership and Motivation** : Highly motivated with strong leadership experience, capable of working in a team and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. + **Effective Communication:** Proven ability to communicate with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders to align goals and drive collaboration. + **Technological Proficiency:** Solid experience in utilizing systems technology for risk mitigation and decision-making, with fluency in Spanish and English, and high proficiency in standard software applications. **What would be great to have:** + Highly advantageous to have worked within merchant acquiring Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
