Job responsibilities:

Understanding, monitoring and analyzing high risk accounts of card holders for Japan Market Perform analyzing the risk on the card holders and make appropriate suggestions for risk mitigation for high-risk accounts of cardholders. Investigation and review the degree of risk of the cardholders to prevent bad debts. Identify potential risks by analyzing the spending pattern and buying behavior and by asserting the intention of repayment. Suggestion on the method should be taken by justifying the problem is related to unauthorized use or actual credit problem. Effective use of support/info codes to identify high risk accounts and enable the system to pick up identified accounts Sharing of information and reports in partnership with business partners in Japan on an ongoing basis. Work closely with relevant departments especially business partner in Japan in identifying and reducing risk on delinquent/high risk accounts, potential bust out or factoring case.

 

What we’re looking for?

In-depth understanding of Credit & CBO policy for Japan Market. Able to think out of the box. Strong analytical approach to problem solving, Good planning and organizational skills, Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal, Ability to prioritize tasks, work with minimal supervision and lead when required. Flexibility with hours and work processes, Thorough understanding of WCC / Globestar, AR System, SWAP, Genesis preferred, Must have a strong interest for cross training, especially for other areas of the team (i.e. Factoring etc), Basic understanding of the work flow of other departments that have direct linkage with this role i.e. GMS Risk Ops, Credit Operations Fluent verbal and written in English and Japanese language.
