Principal Responsibilities:

Verification and validation of credit documentationPreparation and maintenance of credit applications for Corporate entitiesCredit administration.Credit documentation preparation (credit facility and collateral agreements).Drawdowns (term loans, syndicated loans).Loan prepayment and security release.Providing high quality of service and achieving Internal and External Customer satisfaction.Complying with internal procedures and rules of control.Managing special projects, non-standard cases and ad-hoc assignments as they arise.

Good knowledge of MS OfficeGood analytical skills, with ability to multi-task and manage several applicationsExcellent communication and problems solving skills.
