Job responsibilities:
•Perform analysis of Financial Statements and complete spreading as per the guidelines
•Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical data
•Review Loan documents and process transactions as per Service Level Agreement
•Interpret and understand legal documents pertaining to underwriting and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirements
•Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines
•Interpret data, analyze results using bank’s operating systems
•Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stake-holders
•Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred
• 4-5 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
• Candidate should be open to work in shifts
• Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders and across levels
• Manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process
• Good understanding of Financial Statements, Lease Agreement, Mortgage documents, Accounts Receivale reporting, Accounts Payable reporting, Rent Rolls Credit Agreement and other loan documents
• Advanced Exce & MS Access
