Function:  Responsible for administering SOX Designated Credit Systems and managing ongoing system maintenance and user support for these systems.  Acts as a subject matter expert for these systems and provides consulting assistance to various business lines to determine administered software needs to ensure maximum system utilization by all users, while maintaining system, SOX, and GLBA compliance for these systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists Project Management Office (PMO) in all identified tasks for Software Projects – researching, purchasing, implementing and deploying any Credit related Software. Assist associated departments and/or Project Management Office (PMO) in the development, testing and implementation for the software and all associated required SOX documentation.

Ensure all managed projects are properly approved and documented as they progress and follow the department’s project methodology and documentation standards, change management requirements and risk assessments as outlined in the department procedures. Guide and adhere to all associated corporate policies.

Obtains and maintains a strong working knowledge of SOX and GLBA compliance and regulatory requirements necessary to Credit (i.e. corporate policies, GAAP, Regulation O, Excess of Supervisory Limits, etc.) through research, educational opportunities, and the administration of the systems.

Responsible to work in conjunction with IT, Business Continuity, and Vendor Management liaisons to create system/software backup and disaster recovery plans and vendor management documentation. Acts as an active participant in Disaster Recovery testing and documentation.

Ongoing support for Credit Systems by obtaining and maintaining expert knowledge in the associated software administrative or user functions to include:Advanced knowledge of Industry SOX and GLBA compliance and regulatory requirementsResponsible for all current and future system/software features and functionality and communicating to system users regarding software features and functionality. Manage and coordinate vendor releases, using expert product knowledge to communicate updates to end users of the system.Responsible for implementing system/software changes, to include vendor software updates or bank defined changes to system parameters.  Test system/software to validate changes, working in conjunction with system users for assistance.  Create and maintain documentation for system/software change management to specified audit requirements.Responsible to maintain vendor relationship. Acts as the primary liaison between the bank and the vendor on all communications. Maintains a good working relationship, staying abreast on new products and services the vendor may offer that could benefit/impact the bank or current product. Responsible to support users to include audits/reviews of supported software for associated areas to determine system needs and assessment of departments’ optimization of the software capabilities.Responsible to train internal staff users with upgrades to system/software functionality or replacement personnel, after initial software implementation.Responsible to interface with IT regarding any scheduled system updates and security admin for system user access. Coordinate testing and validation of updates if applicable.Act as a subject matter expert for designated Credit Systems and support all applicable business lines.Able to maintain working knowledge of other Credit systems with the ability to backup other System Admins if necessary.

Assists in enhancing current reports with supplemental data from Credit Systems, used for reconcilement or validation purposes.

Provides report writing and production services using advanced analytical software programs, including:  BIC/Webi, Excel, Access, Monarch and other specialized Credit System Reporting Tools.

Responsible to interface with internal audit, external auditing consultants, as well as regulatory agencies concerning all software administering. Acts as a subject matter expert for Credit SOX systems during walkthroughs, annual SOX reviews, and audit meetings, able to provide appropriate and up to date documentation as requested.

Maintains appropriate level of documentation associated to Key and Secondary Credit SOX Controls and Credit Systems. Responsible for proactively maintaining/adding/updating these controls as needed. Works directly with the GLBA SOX Manager on updates or additions to these controls. Provides an important role in judgment in designing, implementing, and conducting internal controls and assessing their effectiveness.

Responsible for managing and coordination of system communications.

Participate and attend onsite User Groups / Conferences/ Ongoing Training Opportunities for Credit Systems

Performs other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Education:

Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent.

Experience:

Two to five years general business experience and two to five years specialized experience.

Physical Demands:

Operates a keypad device 90-100% of the day.  Operates office equipment 0-10% of the day.  The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands and wrists and elbows, lower torso, upper torso. Traveling to alternate work locations 0-10% and overnight stays required 0-10%.   Sitting is required 90-100% per day.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Salary Range:

$36,438.00 - $77,000.00
