Our practice has been present at Crestwood for over 15 years and we have a first-class anesthesia team in place. 
 Cases include: Bread & Butter, Neuro, OB.   Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 Base + Annual Bonus Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 PTO: 6-8 weeks  Call Pay/OT Pay/Premium Pay Offered
