Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst ShiftResponsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of restoration and mitigation projects at customer sites. Overseeing the restoration crew,Ensuring jobs are completed according to company standards,Maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the process.Crew Chief Qualifications:
Experience- min of 2-3 years in restoration experience, construction, or similar industryLeadership or Supervisor experience is preferreDAbility to assess damage and make decisions on appropriate restoration methods.Proficiency in using restoration equipment and technologies.Comfortable working in high-stress and emergency situations.Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
