Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to oversee 1-2 individuals and perform survey work, measure and map land to provide accurate data and insights for construction projects, create maps, plots, and reports, and present legal documents to clients.

ResponsibilitiesOversee 1-2 individuals in the survey team.Perform survey work including topographic, construction stakeout, as-built, monitoring, and property surveys.Measure and map land to provide accurate data and insights for construction projects.Create maps, plots, and reports based on survey data.Present legal documents to clients.Essential SkillsAbility to perform topographic, construction stakeout, as-built, monitoring, and property surveys.Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and deriving stakeout from them.Experience using Trimble/Topcon including site setup and calibration.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Trimble GPS.5+ years of experience in surveying.Additional Skills & QualificationsPLS certification is highly preferred but not required.Experience in civil, construction, and utility projects.Work Environment

The role involves working in a construction environment and performing field visits. Travel is required 1-2 nights a week. We offer full family health benefits, a 401k with a 3.5%-4% match, and profit sharing of 8%-12% of the base salary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
