McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in the spice, flavor, and seasonings industry, is seeking a full-time Crew Leader on 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm. The Crew Leader will report to a Zone 1 Team Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Acceptable attendance required.
2. Meets standards in overall performance rating in most recent performance review.
3. Minimum of 3 years Warehouse/Receiving/Shipping experience required.
4. Proficient PC experience preferred.
5. Knowledge of SAP/ERP WMS, Word, & Excel preferred.
6. Fork lift license required.
7. Demonstrated ability to operate all types of material handling equipment: Reach truck, stand up, sit-down, walking transport and riding transporter.
8. Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize in a fast paced, ever changing environment required.
9. Demonstrated strong leadership experience required.
10. Demonstrated ability to direct the activities of others required.
11. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate teamwork required.
12. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form required.
13. Ability to effectively coordinate and facilitate team and cross-functional meeting required.
14. Ability to gather performance data; and drive process improvement/change activities required.
15. Ability to train and cross train required.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Through the direction of the Team Manager, the Crew Leader will support the High Performance
Organization and ensure overall performance of the team to meet objectives for quality, safety, sanitation, GMPs, and distribution efficiencies.
Other responsibilities will include:
·Support the development of team members to achieve business results by effectively coordinating
resources to accomplish tasks.
Act as mentor to others and consider both business and employee
development when coordinating work assignments.
·Support the participation of team members on projects/teams. Participate and lead cross-functional
problem solving teams: TPM/PRS
·Identify internal and external customers and anticipate their needs to consistently meet or exceed
expectations.
·Reinforce teamwork as a top priority, build commitment to common objectives.
·Investigate and communicate Root Cause Failure Analysis, including recommending and implementing
resolutions.
·Ensure that all activities follow documented operating procedures and recommend updates to existing
procedures as required.
·Coordinate and schedule vacations requests and overtime as required.

Base Salary: $23.97-$35.95
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Dividend Program.
