Directs the work of employees engaged in offloading of bulk material into dump trucks, and movement into the customer's plant.Trains employees in the safe and efficient operation of excavators, loaders, forklifts, bobcats, and other equipment as necessary.Trains employees to perform duties. Must be able to lift as much as 50 lbs. as high as waist level.Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and raise your body weight as high as 4 feet.Must not have a fear of water or heights.The ability to swim is a plus.Working Conditions:
Available to work different shifts, weekends & holidays, as necessary.Consistently works more than 40 hours per week.Performs other duties as assigned by the terminal manager.Learn to operate all equipment within 3 months of assignment.Be able to withstand extreme weather conditions majority of the time will be working outside.Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge (above the minimum requirements; not required, but advantageous in this position):
