Proven experience with Spray Seal/Chip Sealing or similar projects Current Heavy Combination or Multi Combination Licence Valid General Construction Induction (White) Card Skilled in mobile plant machinery and equipment operation Strong planning abilities for task execution, quality control, and material management Exceptional team player with efficient collaboration skills Dedication to a Zero Harm safety culture Flexibility to work intrastate as needed
