To join us as a Crew Supervisor! This role oversees a crew helping us expand our offering to direct installation of weatherization work for our partnership with various utilities across the state of New Jersey. We need a strong player/coach who can lead a team of technicians and ensure their accuracy, productivity, and overall progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently coach, train, and motivate your crew of Energy TechniciansAct as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriersConduct installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutionsRecord inspection results, customer and contractor interactions, and adhere to program requirementsProvide input and status updates to program staff, while troubleshooting any technical problems as they arise

Education and Experience:

Over 3 years' relevant industry experience preferredBPI Certification a plus

Compensation:

$35 - $37 / hour
