To join our team as a Crew Supervisor! The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day oversight and leadership to Crew members while improving overall productivity and quality.

Supervise weatherization installers to ensure safe, efficient, and effective work.

Provide clear work scope instructions for accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Perform QA/QC on all assigned work, including air sealing, insulation, and repairs.

Oversee and assist with installations and repairs, such as doors, windows, and insulation.

Ensure job site and technician compliance with safe work practices.

Manage weatherization data, reports, and energy audits.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and inventory.

Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and safe to use.

Collaborate with Inspectors to meet program guidelines.

Assist with warehouse and truck upkeep.

Travel within the designated territory in company vehicle.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Construction experience, with plumbing and electrical knowledge required.

1-2 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.

BPI Certification is preferred; if not certified at hire, must obtain within 90 days (training and support provided).

Successful completion of a background check and drug screening upon hire is required.
