Crewing Coordinator (HR Coordinator)
Noble Corporation is hiring for two Crewing Coordinator (HR Coordinator) openings at our Corporate Office. With the recent growth at Noble we are looking for the position of Crewing Coordinators to be responsible for ensuring that units are manned with competent offshore personnel at all times and ensure that shift plan is duly updated. The Crewing Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that the HR systems are up to date. Further, the Crewing Coordinator will be first point of contact for offshore employees to provide support within policies and area of responsibility. Lastly this role will be working on a hybrid schedule with our office being located in the West Chase district.

Key responsibilities

Dialogue with Rig/Rig Management and work in close contact with HR Advisory on location.All direct communication with employees assigned to the rig within the area of responsibilityEnsuring that the designated units are always manned in accordance with Noble Drilling requirementsArranging short-term/emergency (Agency) covers Maintaining and updating shift plan in Excel or relevant system in accordance to Rig/Rig Management planningCollaboration with training department to ensure compliance check and providing relevant data for course booking.Distribute Joining instructions to personnel joining the rigKeeping HR systems updated at all timesEnsuring that relevant information is provided to Payroll regarding offshore employees in timely mannerControl of absence registration in the system and follow up with Employees Being part of the arrangement for outside of business hours HR phone Ensuring all personnel matters are handled in accordance with relevant Employee Handbook, National and International acts and labor agreements.Verifying and approving invoices connected to Agency employees Employee CommunicationBeing first point of contact for offshore employees and responsibility for all direct communication with employees assigned to the rigs within the area of responsibilityHandling ad hoc employee enquiresProviding guidance and training to new and junior team members Close collaboration within HR functionDocumentation and record responsibilities WorkdayConnectIFSDaWinci WELS OCSMedHelpWinPDSAnd other systems which may be required to fulfil the responsibilities.

Qualifications

Formal education at Bachelor level or equivalent (Human Resources, Maritime or other relevant fields)2-4 years of job experience in relevant field would be an advantage (Preferably in Human Resources or Administrative Assistance)Excellent English communication skills Strong service mindsetStructured and well organizedOwnership, independent working and prioritization skills are requiredFlexibility and pro-activeness

Travel Expectations

Limited, occasional travel to rig location may be required.
