You will be responsible for overseeing the crewing operations of 8 to 10 assigned vessels, a mix of bulk carriers and tankers. This includes managing the full crew recruitment, deployment, and repatriation process while ensuring all certifications, medical clearances, and flag state endorsements are valid and compliant. You will work closely with technical superintendents, manning agents, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth crew changes while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations. Monitoring crew welfare, performance, and operational efficiency will also be a key part of your role.


Key Requirements At least 3 years of experience in crewing operations, preferably handling bulk carriers and tankers. Strong knowledge of flag state requirements, MLC 2006, and international maritime regulations. Experience in managing multiple vessels and working with manning agencies globally.
