With a doctrine of service, honor, and justice, this statewide organization provides the best in critical, accurate, and timely service to protect our citizens. *Job Overview*: The*CJIN Trainer*develops and presents comprehensive instructor-led and web-based training programs for a variety of different types of users accessing CJIN, NCIC, NLETS, NICS and N-DEx. All users must demonstrate proficiency and be certified every two years in order to satisfy FBI training requirements and ensure successful system use. To comply with the FBI CJIS Security Policy, customized security awareness training is also created to address IT professionals, recipients of criminal justice information, and individuals with unescorted access to CJIN terminal areas. ** * * *Minimum Qualifications:** * * Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, or related field. * Two years of experience in training, teaching, or a related field. * Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted. *Preferred Qualifications:* * CJIN certified *Special Instructions: ** * *A brief 10 minute presentation will be required during the oral interview process on the topic of your choice.* The selection procedures to be used in evaluating the applicant's qualification may include, but are not limited to, an evaluation of the résumé and cover letter, a structured interview, performance test, academic transcripts, reference/background checks and fingerprint checks.
