Join Us as a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator
We currently have two vacancies for a criminal justice workers with one working in police custody. 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our team in Camden. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey, working closely with them to rebuild their confidence, skills, and connections within their communities.

 

Candidates with previous police vetting clearance are encouraged to apply. However, we welcome all applications, and successful candidates will be required to undergo the relevant vetting process.

 

 

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range: £27,449.52 - £31,529.41 dependant on experience (pro rata for part time)

Allowances: £4,072.06 Inner London Weighting, (pro rata for part time hours)

 

 

* please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our services, providing personalised and meaningful support to individuals navigating the criminal justice system and their recovery journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing tailored support—guiding individuals from their first contact with us through to their recoveryConducting assessments and recovery planning—ensuring that support is responsive to individual needsFacilitating group work and workshops—creating opportunities for peer support and personal developmentWorking in partnership—collaborating with key agencies including courts, police, probation, and other professionalsSafeguarding and risk management—ensuring that all individuals feel safe and supported

 About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in substance misuse and criminal justice settingsIs an excellent communicator—both written and verbal—with strong IT skillsHas experience facilitating group sessions and working directly with service usersIs proactive and self-motivated—able to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a teamWorks well with others—building positive relationships with both colleagues and external partnersUnderstands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality, ensuring a safe and respectful service environment
