As a Therapist, you'll work closely with primary care providers as part of the medical team, providing consultations, brief assessments, and interventions for patients referred for same-day warm hand-offs and follow-up care. Our ideal candidate is passionate about integrated care, has experience with brief interventions and diverse populations, and strong clinical and collaboration skills.

Work closely with primary care providers as part of the medical teamProvide consultations, brief assessments (15-30 min), and interventions for referred patientsDeliver evidence-based interventions to promote positive health behaviors and address psychological needsAssess safety and screen for behavioral health disordersProvide clear feedback, describe action plans, and establish follow-up plansFacilitate integrated patient care by collaborating with medical teamsProvide education on identifying and treating behavioral health concernsSupport referrals to specialty mental health services as neededPromote positive relationships between medical partners and the organizationEducation and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master's degree in a Human Services fieldLicensed in Missouri as LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD/LP)Provisional licensure (PLPC, LMSW, PLP) may be consideredInterest/experience in brief interventions, team-based care, psychiatric/substance abuse/behavioral medicine problems, and diverse populationsBrightli is on a Mission:
