UPMC and resolve Crisis Services is seeking dedicated Crisis Clinicians II to join our Specialized Mobile Crisis Team, a community-based initiative designed to provide immediate support to children, adolescents, and their family caregivers during behavioral health or emotional crises. This dynamic role pairs a Crisis Clinician with a Family Support Specialist to deliver in-home crisis intervention and stabilization services, helping to navigate and manage critical moments for families in need.

2 year – $3500
3 year – $5000
Position Details:
· The team works primarily during the evening hours, when children and adolescents are typically home from school, ensuring timely support when it’s most needed.
· Your work will have a direct, positive impact on the mental health and well-being of young individuals and their families, offering immediate, compassionate care in a high-stakes environment.
· Experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable, especially in crisis or behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities:
Manages caseloads and completes clinical documentation. Provides supportive counseling and crisis assessments. Works independently in crisis settings. Supports consumers with referrals and consultations. Participates in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews. Assists with orientation for new crisis clinicians.
