We are seeking a Crisis Intervention Response Team (CIRT) Supervisor to join our Mental Health Co-Responder Program in Philadelphia, PA.

 

This posting is for full-time, first shift, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm (including holidays; schedule subject to change).

 

Our Mental Health Co-Responder Program partners with law enforcement to provide immediate, on-scene mental health support during crisis situations.

 

The CIRT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the clinical team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered in crisis response settings, and assisting with the growth and expansion of the program.

Responsibilities/additional qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

Strong clinical background, leadership skills, and the ability to support and mentor clinicians while contributing to the overall development of the program. Bring creative thinking to problem-solving and program development, helping to innovate and improve service delivery.
