On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

**Position Summary**
The Crisis & Issues Monitoring is a 24/7 Social Media Service that provides social listening capabilities:
•Monitoring of mentions across digital channels.
•Alerts.
•Social Media Listening reports to follow up any crisis or potential issue.
**Shift:** Sunday to Thursday- 10h a 20h.
**A day in the life of...**
•Monitor about crisis or potential issues through social media listening.
•Sending of Alerts.
•Development of social media listening reports.
•Learn and constantly upskill in the use of the social media listening tools provided by the company.
•Ensure the execution of operational activities assigned according to the service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance indicators (KPI's), maintaining the expected level of quality in deliverables.
**What will make you successful...**
+ University Degrree on going or graduated in communications, marketing or related field;
+ Understanding in Microsoft Ofice Suite or Google Suite;
+ Understanding of Social Media Channel and its key metrics (Facebook, X, Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok, etc);
+ Basic English;
+ Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
+ Knowledge in Digital Marketing;
+ Social Media reporting skills (data visualization, data storytelling, analysis);
+ Strong sense of urgency and responsibility, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team in a mostly virtual envoirement.
