Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the EVP in charge of crisis management, you will :
- Organize all aspects of group crisis management to create, develop and maintain the crisis management process as well as activities of the Group Crisis Management Board (GCMB).
- Organize all aspects of the regional security organization to support, develop and maintain security standards for the protection of personnel and property, including the physical protection level of structural elements and supporting technical systems (implementation of Core Procedures on security).
You will be based in our Headquarter offices in Nanterre (France).
In your role, you main responsibilities will be to :
Develop and Maintain Crisis Management Processes: Create and update crisis management policies and procedures, ensuring organizational readiness and operational effectiveness.Coordinate Crisis Management Governance: Oversee governance activities, monitor their effectiveness, and report on outcomes.Manage Security Incidents: Handle regional security incidents, conduct risk assessments, and ensure security standards are applied across all sites.Train and Advise Crisis Management Teams: Train and consult regional, country, and local crisis management teams, and manage security awareness programs.Support Implementation and Projects: Provide operational support for crisis management and security projects, and assist Local Security Coordinators as needed.Develop Security Standards: Participate in the development and updating of security standards for personnel and property, including structural and technical measures.Monitor and Report Activities: Track the effectiveness and efficiency of crisis management and security activities, and report on incidents.Promote Cooperation and Networking: Foster collaboration with other departments and establish a network for exchanging crisis management and security information.
Education :
• Master's degree in Management or Administration, or a Master's degree or school in the field of Security Management / Safety/ Security Engineering / Law Enforcement / Legal / Compliance on / Security
• A good level of education Crisis Management
Competencies and skills :
Leadership and Team Development: Efficiently lead multicultural teams, develop an international mindset, and drive performance management and people development across teams.
Networking and Initiative: Build and manage informal networks internally, set an example in taking initiative and ownership.
Coaching and Training: Coach regional, country, and cluster management teams, create and deliver effective practical and theoretical trainings.
Crisis Management: Manage different levels of crisis/emergency, decide on priorities, and move between operational and strategic thinking.
Security : site security, event security, know-how and prototype protection, investigations and interview techniques, personal security of people at risk. Security regulatory affairs (e.g., AEO, C-TPAT, TISAX, VDA ISA), compliance tasks, project management, emergency management, are a plus
Languages : French & English are mandatory.
