Critical Care Nurse Supervisor (FT- 1 fte)

Position Summary: 

The Nurse Supervisor Inpatient - CCU will work in collaboration with nursing leadership to develop and implement patient care policies to ensure they are based on evidence and/or best practice nursing standards and comply with regulatory requirements. As new nursing knowledge and innovations in practice advance, works to implement and monitor the application into practice. Ensures standardized implementation across their area of responsibility by working closely with the nurses. Coordinates the activities of the nursing staff, including appropriate staffing levels to ensure quality and safe patient centered care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required

Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)American Heart Association BLSBachelors of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) within two years of hireTwo (2) years of critical care nursing experienceNIHSS within 6 months of hire

Preferred

Prior nursing supervisory experienceMaster of Science, Nursing (MSN) or Master’s degree in related field

Schedule Requirements

This role requires regular and sustained attendance.The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.
