communityEducation Requirementsbull Bachelors degree in Pharmacybull PharmD preferredMinimum Requirementsbull Current CT Pharmacist licensebull Previous hospital or long term care experience highly preferredbull Excellent customer service and communications skillsSpecial consideration will be given to those candidates whobull have three or more years of hospital pharmacy experience focused in Critical Care orbullhave graduated from an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency program PGY with one year of hospital pharmacy experience focused in Critical Care orbullhave graduated from an ASHP
