Bring your talent to the Critical Communication Networks team as we create and improve applications to enhance device usage and integration with the larger portfolio of Motorola products. The software developer will be a member of a team working on applications for customers utilizing voice and data. The position is available with our team in Schaumburg.
Job Description
We are seeking smart, self-motivated intern to help us design and deliver our current and next-generation solutions. To be successful in this role you must value teamwork and communication as well as working closely with other engineers in small, dynamic, agile teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, and develop software (Java, Javascript, Python, Go) as part of a DevOps team that utilize both cloud-based technologies (Azure) and on-prem technologies (Podman, KVM, RHEL).
Automate deployment of customer on-premise appliances via the Azure/AWS Cloud.
Create embedded Real-Time applications

Basic Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an allied discipline.
Must gradute on or after December 2025.
Must be a US Citizen, permanent resident or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for masters-level students).
