As a ROC Critical Environment Technician Manager, you will be the strategic leader in our Regional Operations Center, overseeing the critical environment technicians and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence. Your role will be pivotal in driving the performance and reliability of our data centers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This opportunity will allow you to navigate complex operational challenges with a focus on abnormal operations and resolution, develop strategic leadership skills, guiding a team of experts in a high-stakes environment, and enhance your technical knowledge of data center critical infrastructure and cloud services, staying ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a ROC Critical Environment Technician Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.
