We are looking for a National Business Development Manager for Critical Environments.  This position will be responsible for managing and driving critical environment sales through our partner channel. 

This role can be based in any major U.S. city, must be located near a major airport.

 
As a National Business Development for Critical Environments, you will:  

Assume responsibility for annual growth targetsDevelop strategies and business plans to grow account base and to meet or exceed corporate sales targetsProspect and onboard new accountsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers at all position levels through civic and professional meetings, sales meetings, workshops, joint sales calls, and trade showsSupport customers with training, technical support and project quotesMonitor sales activity and conduct regular reviews with customersAssist the Product Development team with new product roll outs including training, supporting documents, competitive analysis, test sights, promotions, and all other relevant activities

 

You will make an impact with these qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or state-recognized GED 3+ years of experience with Building Automation and/or HVAC Products3+ years of prior account management, new business development, or related customer-facing (such as project management) experienceWilling and available to travel 30-40% of the time Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violationsLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeStrong communication and presentation skillsProven track record of exceeding sales targets and business goals5+ years of experience with Building Automation and/or HVAC Products5+ years of experience in critical environment/life science/pharmaceutical environments5+ years of experience selling within distributor and contractor verticals5+ years of prior account management and new business development experience

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
