Bothell, Washington

Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week


Join our team at Terex/Genie and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek two skilled and dedicated Critical Order Representative I's to contribute to the Critical Order Support Team.

As a Critical Order Representative I at Terex/Genie, based in Bothell, you'll play a pivotal role in expediting aftermarket parts for customer orders that have been escalated to the machine down list, National Account Support, National Account customer communication, Salesforce case management, Supplier management, and general buyer support within the Aftermarket team.


What you’ll do
- Communication with sales, supply chain and internal production facilities regarding expediting Machine Down items that have been escalated to the Critical Order Team.
- Communication with customers on Machine Down and backordered items. Salesforces Action management related to backorder resolution, expected customer order ETA's, supplier management related to past due purchase orders.

- Strong communication skills with internal and external departments
- Ability to remain organized, manage time, and properly engage with suppliers and team members within Terex/Genie
- Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment with priorities that change daily

The hourly salary range for this position is $27.70 to $30.00.  A
