We are a B2B industrial 3D measurement technology company specializing in providing innovative solutions to our customers in various industries. We focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and seek a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Job Overview:

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator will be responsible for the administration and support of the company's Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. This will involve working closely with the Marketing Director and business and IT teams to ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively, meets business requirements, and delivers optimal user experiences. The candidate will also be responsible for developing workflows and automation to streamline business operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, including security, user management, customization, and configurationCollaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business needsOrganize system updates, patches, and upgrades with outside CRM providerWork with CRM provider and IT company for platform upgrades to Microsoft Dynamics 365Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system configuration documentationTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM systemDevelop workflows and automation to streamline business operationsDevelop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting toolsProvide end-user training and support

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and supportStrong analytical skills and experience with troubleshooting and problem-solvingExperience with developing workflows and automation to streamline business operationsExperience with system customization, configuration, and securityProficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMicrosoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. They must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management, business analysis, and software development methodologies is highly desirable.
