The CRM Analytics Specialist is responsible for leading the analysis and optimization of customer data flows across CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. The role focuses on understanding user behavior, campaign performance, and lifecycle segmentation to identify the best next action and deliver personalized communication. Through in-depth analysis, predictive modeling, and performance tracking, the Senior Specialist supports engagement and loyalty initiatives by translating complex data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

E-commerce Teams: Collaborate on CRM-driven initiatives that support online sales and customer retention.Brand and Portfolio Teams: Provide insights to inform brand-specific CRM strategies and customer segmentation.Digital Solutions Lead: Coordinate on CRM system architecture, data flows, and platform integrations.IT Teams.Digital Agencies and Consultants: Partner on campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization.EU HUB Teams/Communities: Share best practices, align on regional CRM strategies, and contribute to cross-market initiatives.Legal & External Affairs: Ensure CRM data handling and communication practices comply with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
